Hibbing Public Utilities is launching a community survey to help guide the future of utility services and infrastructure investments in our community.
As part of HPU’s 2026 Strategic Planning effort, we want to hear directly from residents, businesses, and customers about what matters most. We need to hear about your priorities, needs, and concerns. All feedback is welcome and valued.
The survey takes just 5-10 minutes to complete and will help inform long-term decisions being made about HPU’s reliability, rates, customer service, and future investments.
