Hibbing Public Utilities is hosting a Utility Town Hall Meeting to discuss several topics faced by HPU and its ratepayers. It is the mission of the Hibbing Public Utilities Commission to provide reliable utility services at competitive industry rates to the residents of Hibbing. To best represent our residents, HPU is committed to open communication with our community and a transparent decision-making process.
