Hydrant Replacements Continue – Week of 7/13

HPU continues its 2026 Fire Hydrant Replacements.
Hydrant replacements will require a water outage for work to be performed. Outage areas will vary in size and impact. Please review the impacted areas for the week in the image below.
Planned outage dates: (subject to change)
• Monday (7/13)- Replace 492 (3900-4000 Blocks of 4th Ave. E, 3900 Block of 5th Ave. E, & 400 Block of E 39th St. )
• Tuesday (7/14) – Replace 525 (4400-4500 Block of 2nd Ave. E, 4500 Block of 3rd Ave. E, 100-200 Block of E 45th St.)
• Wednesday (7/15) – **No Outage**
• Thursday (7/16)- Replace 274 (2500-2700 Blocks of 3rd Ave. E.)
•Friday (7/17)- Restoration work, no planned outages
What impacted customers need to know:
• Outages will begin at 8:00 am
• Service is expected to be restored later that afternoon
• Impacted customers will be contacted directly with this information and again if scheduling changes.
