4:20 pm – Koivula Rd. services were restored at 4:00 pm.
HPU’s Line Crew is continuing to respond to reports of branches on lines or single service outages as they are reported.

3:10 pm – Estimated time of restoral for Koivula Rd. is approximately 1 hour.
2:55 pm – Trees cleared and power restored to Kitzville at 2:37 pm.
HPU’s Line Crew is next responding to an outage identified to be impacting ~100 customers along Koivula Rd. Crews will transition to Koivula to perform patrol and service restoration work.
2:20 pm – HPU Line Crew has found trees on the primary wire of the line servicing Kitzville. Weather permitting, the estimated time of restoral is 1 hour.
1:55 pm – As long as weather conditions remain safe for work, HPU’s line crew is dispatched in multiple groups to patrol for outage causes and respond to reports of single service outages.
1:38 pm – Hibbing Public Utilities is responding to reports of a power outage as a result of high winds impacting the Kitzville neighborhood.
