Hibbing Public Utilities continues electrical system improvements that require a planned service outage.
WHEN: March 5th, 2026
TIME: Outage will start at 8:30 am
DURATION: Expected to last up to 2 hours
IMPACTED CUSTOMERS: Expected impact for ~60 services of the 2000-2400 Blocks of 6th & 7th Ave. E and the 600 Block of Dupont Rd.
If necessary, staff will provide updates through the HPU website and Facebook page.
